Is Enzyte Safe? - January 29th, 2010

Enzyte is a popular supplement meant for natural male enhancement. We all like the idea of natural, because we believe it’s automatically safe. But as certain supplements like ephedra, fen phen, and for that matter anabolic steroids have shown us, that isn’t true. Steroids would be the most relevant ones as we always said well they boost testosterone and build muscle. But they’re all natural, so they must be safe. Obviously, they are now illegal and many would think otherwise.

So is Enzyte safe? Is Enzyte different? Enzyte has a number of natural ingredients. And some of them are perfectly safe. Some are in the middle. For example, caffeine has been known to increase blood flow to the extremities therefore improving erections, increasing energy, etc. But realistically speaking, the simple fact is that caffeine can cause some side effects such as overstimulation, insomnia, and otherwise. However, these are fairly common.

Outside of that, they do have some natural aphrodisiacs that have their place. They are relevant to a greater degree. The problem is that one in particular known as yohimbine that you will find in Enzyte, is known for its side effects such as heart attacks and strokes as well as complete renal failure. So that is worrisome for many. So in some ways I would say that no, Enzyte is not really safe. But my bigger worry would be the fact that Enzyte is not particularly effective. It doesn’t even have the amounts needed of any of these ingredients, safe or not, to produce results.

So I would recommend checking into a product called Orexis. Orexis has all the right ingredients for natural male enhancement while keeping you safe from serious side effects. If anything, it will improve overall feelings of wellbeing, and it’s something I would recommend.
